Senior Director, Digital Marketing
Summary & Objective:
The Senior Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of holistic digital marketing strategies across paid media, search, and SEO. This role provides high-level strategic guidance and operational leadership to the Search, Media, and SEO teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, alignment with company goals, and performance excellence. This role is critical to advancing iFrog’s digital marketing capabilities, enhancing partner satisfaction, and driving measurable outcomes for our clients.
This is a senior leadership position with direct oversight of the Search Director, Media Director, and SEO Director. The Senior Director will lead and guide these department heads to execute their team goals in alignment with iFrog’s broader marketing and growth objectives.
Essential Functions:
Lead and manage digital marketing strategy development and execution across search, paid media, and SEO teams.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional departments (Leadership, Sales, Performance, Creative, and Labs) to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for the Search, Media, and SEO teams; monitor and report on progress regularly.
Oversee team leadership and development, including mentorship, performance evaluation, training, and resource planning.
Ensure each digital discipline (Search, Media, SEO) follows best practices and stays ahead of platform, algorithm, and consumer behavior changes.
Drive innovation across digital channels, continuously seeking improvements in targeting, creative deployment, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
Assist the Director, OEM & Strategic Partnerships with the evaluation of technology, tools, and vendors for potential integration or improvement to enhance operational efficiency and performance outcomes.
Partner with analytics and performance teams to interpret data, optimize strategy, and communicate ROI to internal and external stakeholders.
Own process standardization, team collaboration, and internal communication across departments to eliminate silos and improve campaign outcomes.
Represent the performance, search, seo and media teams in high-level client meetings, internal leadership discussions, and strategic planning sessions.

Additional Responsibilities:
Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for complex digital marketing issues and partner escalations.
Support new business opportunities by providing strategic input and digital vision.
Contribute to marketing thought leadership and the company's brand presence in the industry.
Required education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated experience managing search, paid media, and SEO strategy at scale.
Exceptional knowledge of digital tools, measurement platforms, and marketing technologies.
Advanced understanding of attribution models, consumer behavior, and conversion optimization.
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Familiarity with DSPs, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Proficient in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing interdepartmental collaboration.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Marketing or Business.
Automotive or agency background with experience managing OEM, Tier 2, or multi-location accounts.
Familiarity with DSPs, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Proficient with macOS and Google Workspace.
Pay Range:
Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000
The pay range for a successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience.
