The Sales Associate is our first official Digital Marketing Solutions Local Sales position! Your core goal will be to identify and qualify high potential client opportunities to partner with iFrog Marketing Solutions. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for pipeline management, lead generation, and driving revenue through client calls and meetings. Our fast-pace team has an infectious drive to exceed individual and team revenue goals. The ideal candidate for this position is an independent, self-motivated, sales professional who can confidently represent iFrog Marketing Solutions.


Essential Functions: 

  • The ability to work remotely or in the office as needed.
  • Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts.
  • Own and manage a pipeline of clients through a high volume of sales calls, emails, and social media usage.
  • Become an expert with iFrog’s solutions and products.
  • Secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers.
  • Engage in a consultative mode to understand and capitalize on client’s needs.
  • Work closely with iFrog Revenue War Room team on presentations and pitches.
  • Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building, and driving revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients.
  • Secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers.
  • Engage in a consultative mode to understand and capitalize on client’s needs.
  • Work closely with Marketing on presentations and pitches.
  • Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building, and driving revenue.
  • Travel when necessary to meet clients in person at industry conferences and client meetings throughout the US.

Required education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or significant work experience in the field of marketing required. 
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in the Marketing/Sales field.
  • Considerable knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Prior exposure to or ability to learn and understand digital marketing. 
  • Excellent communication skills - no fear of the phone.
  • Excellent listening skills but, simultaneously, being assertive, persistent and persuasive.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred education and experience:

  • Working knowledge of automobile dealerships.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and related software.
  • Familiarity working in HubSpot.
